Chinese Lattice-Back Chairs

A wonderful pair of low, hand-crafted, lattice-back chairs, with legs ending in the traditional horse hoof design. Each chair was made using traditional Chinese construction techniques. There are no screws or nails and all of the joinery was hand made using mortise-and-tenon or compound-miter joints. The richly figured elm wood was finished with a natural lacquer. Price includes the shrimp and salmon colored fabric chair cushions; which have interesting Asian characters and symbols.
