Antique Chinese Ming Style Two Door Large Cabinet

A beautiful example of a classic Ming-style Chinese square cornered cabinet with square legs. This antique Chinese cabinet features a deep and rich dark brown lacquered patina (with reddish hues); which has been preserved with Tung oil. Additionally, it features traditional wood pin hinges on the main doors with a removable center stile between the doors. The brass door medallion hardware is original to the cabinet. The interior of the cabinet has an upper storage area, below are two drawers, below the drawers is a larger area where a shelf can be added. The bottom area of the cabinet is where the hidden area would have been, covered with a shelf--which can be added if desired. The front features a simple apron between the legs.
