Silk Road Collection Consignment Policy

Items are placed on consignment at Silk Road Collection at the discretion of the owners for a mutually agreed on price. Terms of the consignment agreement are negotiated on an individual basis. Price is determined by appraisal, by the amount you wish to receive, and/or by the amount for which we believe the item will actually sell in our store or on our website. When the item sells, the sale price is generally split 50%/50% between you and us.

Items accepted on consignment are displayed in our retail store and featured on our website. From our share of the sale price, we pay for photography, marketing, and sales commissions.
