We are not sure of the origin of this decorative piece-perhaps Indonesia. It is carved on all sides with images of flowers, suns and feather-like designs. The hinged top is larger than the body of the trunk. The truck itself rests on a carved platform. Would make an excellent coffee table for a small seating area.
